Terms of ServiceFor the Artist--I retain all copyright over the artwork-I will not claim the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork-I will not profit further from the commissioned artwork-I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork in my portfolio.For the Customer--You may not make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, making prints, ect.)-You retain the rights to the intellectual property-You may not use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
COMMISIONING MEANS YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS AND SERVICEPricing-Pricing can change based on how complex the subject is-Pricing will be done on PayPal USD-50% is required upfront rest is due upon completion-Full refund will be granted if canceled before the start of the commission-No refund will be granted after completion
